1973 Follow-up Questionnaire 1
1 Two self-administered forms were used for the First Follow-Up. Form A, which contained 85 questions, was sent to participants who had completed the Base Year Student Questionnaire. Form B was sent to seniors from the high school class of 1972, who were either added to the sample through resurvey activities or were unable to participate in the base-year survey - often due to time and scheduling conflicts. This form included 14 additional questions (questions 86 through 99) designed to gather missing data from the base year. Aside from this difference, both forms were identical.
Second Follow-up (1974)
1974 Activity State Questionnaire 1
1 A short 15-item questionnaire designed to collect information about activities in October 1972 and 1973, high school programs, parents’ education, and occupation for individuals who did not provide this information during the Base Year or First Follow-up.
