Biography
Rafael Arias-Achio is a Ph.D. student of Education Policy and Leadership and a population studies trainee at the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on how early life educational experiences may influence later-life health for racial and ethnic minorities. Rafael holds a master's degree in Government and Public Affairs from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences in Mexico (FLACSO-MX) and undergraduate studies in International Relations at the National University of Costa Rica. He has been a member of EdSHARe since 2022.
